The GVS Capsule Filter is a high-performance, disposable filtration unit engineered to efficiently remove particles and bacteria from aqueous solutions, solvent streams, and gas applications. Designed for seamless use, these filters eliminate the complexities of disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly typical of traditional filter housings, providing you with a ready-to-use solution.

Constructed with no glue or surfactants, GVS capsules utilize a unique serial layer filter design that enhances throughput and extends the service life of each unit. This innovative construction includes two upstream vents, allowing for effective venting regardless of the installation position.

Each capsule containing membrane media undergoes a pre-flushing process with purified water to minimize extractables. Crafted with food-compliant Polypropylene housings that meet FDA/EU regulations, end users are responsible for confirming compliance based on specific applications. All capsules pass stringent class VI toxicology testing and are integrity tested before shipment to ensure quality and safety. Options are available in both sterile and non-sterile versions, with packaging designed to maintain low particulate levels. Sterile units come shrink-wrapped and feature a sterility indicator for added assurance.
