The Keithley 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture is engineered for precise and secure testing of packaged high power devices, offering voltage capabilities of up to 3000V and current ratings reaching 100A. Designed for versatility, it accommodates connections for a variety of SourceMeter SMU instruments, including the high voltage Keithley 2657A and high current Keithley 2651A models. Additionally, it supports up to three low power SourceMeter SMU instruments from the Series 2600B or the Keithley 4200-SCS lines.
This comprehensive test fixture enables accurate characterization of devices with two terminal diodes, three terminal transistors, and even multi-terminal configurations (up to five terminals), allowing engineers to perform a wide range of testing protocols efficiently and safely.
A standout feature of the Keithley 8010 is its full interlock capability, supporting connections for up to six SourceMeter SMU instruments simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined and cohesive testing environment.
