RENT KEITHLEY 8020 High Power Interface Panel (Call for Availability)
The Keithley 8020 High Power Interface Panel is engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy and flexibility, seamlessly bridging the gap between Keithley Instruments' high-power Parametric Curve Tracer (PCT) and SourceMeter instruments with a wide array of probe stations, test fixtures, and handlers. This robust interface panel features six measurement channels, expertly designed to support 3 kV, low-current, and high-current measurements, providing extensive functionality for your testing needs.
With the Keithley 8020, you can effortlessly configure the first five channels using a variety of output connector types, ensuring compatibility with your specific probe station requirements. Additionally, the first four channels can be outfitted with optional capacitance voltage (C-V) bias tees (AC + DC couplers), empowering you to execute high voltage C-V measurements on up to 4 pins of the device under test. Its design also includes an assortment of resistors that can be introduced to enhance stability and provide additional protection for your sophisticated devices.
