RENT KEYSIGHT / AGILENT N1055A Remote Sampling Head (Call for Availability)

The Keysight N1055A Remote Sampling Head is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of both novice and expert users, delivering unparalleled time domain reflectometry and transmission (TDR/TDT) capability for the 86100D DCA-X oscilloscope platform. This advanced module provides rapid and precise impedance and S-parameter measurements for high-speed designs with up to 16 ports.

Configurable as 2/4 port TDR/TDT remote heads, the N1055A offers sampler bandwidth options of 35 GHz or 50 GHz, enabling both single-ended and differential measurement capabilities, including True-Mode stimulus functionality. The high TDR resolution is vital for accurately characterizing intricate high-speed structures, with TDR step 10-90 rise times as fast as 6 ps. Featuring receiver bandwidths of 50 GHz, the DCA-TDR solution ensures optimal performance in resolving the magnitude and location of impedance discontinuities.
