The Keysight N2791A is a high-performance 70-MHz high-voltage differential probe designed for safe and precise floating measurements when paired with an oscilloscope. With this sophisticated probe, engineers can leverage conventional earth-grounded oscilloscopes for floating signal measurements, accommodating up to ±700 V of both differential and common-mode voltage. This versatile tool is compatible with any oscilloscope featuring a 1 MOhm BNC input. Powering the probe is effortless, as it can operate using the included 4x AA batteries or draw power via a USB host port on compatible scopes or PCs with the provided USB power cable.
