Autoclavable Efficiency
The MicroPette Plus™ pipettors are designed for full autoclavability, enabling easy cleaning processes and significantly reducing contamination risks. Perform steam autoclaving at 121°C, 1 bar for 20 minutes. Post-autoclave, allow the pipette to cool down and dry for 12 hours prior to use. Regular performance checks and proper maintenance—such as greasing and sealing the piston after every tenth autoclaving—will enhance functionality and longevity.
Calibration and Quality Assurance
All MicroPette Plus™ pipettes undergo rigorous quality testing according to ISO8655-2:2002 standards, accompanied by individual calibration certificates. Each pipette is subjected to gravimetric testing with distilled water at 22°C to ensure precise performance.
