Fully Autoclavable
The MicroPette Plus pipettes are designed for full autoclavability, allowing for efficient cleaning cycles and reduced contamination risks. Steam autoclaving can be conducted at 121°C and 1 bar pressure for 20 minutes. It's crucial to let the pipette cool and dry for 12 hours post-autoclaving before resuming use. Regular checks on the performance of the pipette after each cycle are recommended to maintain accuracy, with greasing and sealing of the piston suggested after every tenth autoclaving to ensure optimal functionality.
Calibration
Every MicroPette Plus is rigorously tested in accordance with ISO8655-2:2002, complete with individual calibration certificates. The quality assurance protocol incorporates gravimetric testing performed with distilled water at 22°C, ensuring that each unit meets high standards of accuracy and reliability for your laboratory needs.
