With its user-friendly LCD display and keypad, the Plexi Pulse allows caregivers to easily control the frequency, intensity, and duration of air bladder inflation and release. It offers versatile functionality, delivering air pressure to the right foot, left foot, or both simultaneously, adapting to individual patient needs.
Constructed from durable, impact
- and spill-resistant plastic, the base unit is designed for robustness in clinical settings. It includes air pressure outputs for two foot wraps and features an integral bed rail attachment for convenient setup. The device provides five adjustable pressure levels ranging from 140 to 180 mmHg in 10mm increments, offering customizable care based on patient requirements.
The Plexi Pulse also enhances safety with its audible alarm system, which alerts users to issues such as a disconnected or damaged wrap, kinked air hose, or system malfunctions. Designed for ease of use, the unit is powered exclusively by AC, ensuring reliable operation with no need for an internal battery.
Wraps specific to either foot (left or right variations) are available, along with options for calf wraps or combo wraps that cover both the left foot and calf or the right foot and calf.
