Key Features

• Adjustable Alarm & Overtemperature Protection (OTP): Safeguards the furnace and loaded chamber from excessive heat to ensure safety.
• Thermocouple Break Protection: Automatically cuts power to the heating elements in case of a thermocouple failure, preventing runaway conditions.
• Counter-Weighted Door Design: The door swings upward, directing heat away from the operator for safer access.
• High-Performance Heat Distribution: Four individual embedded heating elements housed in special refractory cement provide exceptional heat distribution throughout the chamber.
• Door Safety Switch: Protects the operator by cutting power to the heating elements when the door is opened.
• Chamber Monitoring Port: A rear-mounted 0.38in. (0.95cm) diameter port allows for independent monitoring of chamber temperatures.
• LED Temperature Display: Displays both setpoint and actual furnace temperatures in either °C or °F (available on programmable models).

Controller Options

Single-Setpoint Controller (B1)

• Includes a single ramp to setpoint and a dwell feature.
• Displays either the actual temperature or the setpoint temperature.

8-Step Programmable Controller (C1)

• Allows for variable heat-up rates and dwell cycles, holding temperature at set levels from 0.1 to 999.9 minutes.
• The “Holdback” feature ensures the program waits until the furnace reaches preprogrammed parameters before continuing.
