The Whirl-Pak® Thio Sterilized Bags are designed to provide a sterile, unbreakable solution that saves you time and resources, whether you're in a laboratory or conducting fieldwork. Each bag is preloaded with 10 mg of active sodium thiosulfate to effectively neutralize chlorine in water samples.

Approved by many states and the EPA, this transparent bag holds a nontoxic, nonnutritive tablet that neutralizes chlorine at the point of collection. The bags feature convenient fill line markings for accurate water sample collection (fill lines are approximate), and the write-on strip allows for easily labeling the bags without worrying about ink smearing.

The Whirl-Pak® Stand-Up Thio-Bag® (designated B01402 and B01403) provides additional functionality and efficiency. With a specially designed gusset that flattens out when filled, the bag can stand upright by itself, eliminating the need for holders or racks.

• Convenient write-on strip facilitates easy labeling.
• Features clear markings for 100 ml and 300 ml measurements.
• Capacity measured in fluid ounces when the bag is closed and the tab is folded over three times.
• Volume and dimensions are approximate.
• Maximum usage temperature: 180°F (82°C); safe for freezing to any temperature, including liquid nitrogen (handle with care after freezing).
