CRVpro Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Discover the unparalleled reliability and performance of the CRVpro Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps, specially designed for demanding lab applications. Each pump operates as a two-stage, direct-driven unit, ensuring higher efficiency and satisfaction. The CRVpro series, including models 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8, feature switch-selectable options for 115V, 60Hz and 230V, 50/60Hz operation, while the CRVpro 16, 24, and 30 models are dedicated to either voltage standard.

Innovative Design and Construction

Engineered for enhanced airflow, CRVpro pumps operate at temperatures up to 10°C cooler than standard rotary vane pumps. This reduction in temperature not only minimizes chemical activity within the pump but also significantly extends oil life. Both the inner surface of the oil case and the outer surface of the pumping module are coated with PTFE and black oxide, respectively, to reduce corrosion. When paired with foreline traps, these coatings contribute to extended service intervals.

The larger oil capacity allows for better dilution of chemical vapors, lowering the breakdown of oil and protecting the pump from potential chemical damage.
